By engaging CompuAssist LLC for technology support, consulting, or related services, you agree to the following:
- Service Scope – All services are provided as described in our written proposal, email correspondence, or other agreed-upon documentation.
- Payment Terms – Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Right to Decline Service – We may decline service in cases of suspected misuse, fraudulent activity, or safety concerns.
- Scheduling & Availability – Appointments are subject to technician availability and may be rescheduled if necessary.
- Access Requirements – For remote or onsite support, you agree to provide necessary access and cooperate during troubleshooting.
- Privacy & Data Protection – Your data and privacy are respected. We do not sell or share your information without consent.
Return & Refund Policy
Service Work
Due to the nature of technology support and consulting, completed services are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 7 days and we will work to resolve the issue or offer a partial refund at our discretion.
Physical Products (if applicable)
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
